DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant Avner Kanfi on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 19, 2017, to enlarge the time to perfect his appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal by Avner Kanfi, as well as the appeal by Eddie Sachar and Eva Sadon, also known as Eva S. Sachar, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[e]).
