Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to reargue her prior motion to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 17, 2014, as dismissed an appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 19, 2013, and to reinstate the appeal. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 26, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
