| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the equitable distribution provisions of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated April 20, 2018, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of the provision of the judgment regarding the distribution of the brokerage accounts is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and the motion is otherwise denied.
