Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 7, 2017, to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeal. Separate motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeal is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is denied as unnecessary as the appeal was timely perfected.
