Appeals by Sebastian Bongiovanni from two orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated March 28, 2017, and September 4, 2017, respectively. By order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated June 18, 2018, John A. Passarello was relieved of the assignment to represent the nonparty-respondent Michael Bongiovanni, also known as Michael Liguori, and Mental Hygiene Legal Services was substituted as pro bono counsel for the nonparty-respondent Michael Bongiovanni, also known as Michael Liguori.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that John A. Passarello is relieved of the assignment to represent the nonparty-respondent Michael Bongiovanni, also known as Michael Liguori, in connection with the appeal and is directed to turn over all papers in this matter to Mental Hygiene Legal Services; and it is further,
ORDERED that Mental Hygiene Legal Services, 600 Old Country Road, Suite 224, Garden City, New York 11530, 516-493-3976, is hereby substituted as pro bono counsel to represent the nonparty-respondent Michael Bongiovanni, also known as Michael Liguori, in connection with the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time of the nonparty-respondent Michael Bongiovanni, also known as Michael Liguori, to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 15, 2018, and the brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
