Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated April 17, 2017, in effect, to extend her time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 10, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before July 30, 2018, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing an errata sheet containing the corrections to the record referenced in the respondent's letter dated October 25, 2017.
