| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 3, 2017, and April 2, 2018, respectively, and a judgment of the same court entered April 3, 2018, in effect, to stay enforcement of the judgment and to stay the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and enforcement of the judgment and the sale of the subject premises are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
