It is Ordered that the petitioner-landlord's motion seeking to stay the attorney's fees pending the determination of the appeal is granted, on condition that petitioner-landlord perfect the appeal by the November 2018 term - the filing deadline for which is September 6, 2018. In the event of petitioner-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, respondent may move, on five days notice, for an order vacating the stay.
