| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant Suzanne McCrory pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated September 22, 2017, to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record and the supplemental record, and to extend the time to serve and file the supplemental record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record and the supplemental record is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file the supplemental record is denied as unnecessary as the supplemental record was timely served and filed; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 15, 2018, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
