Motion by the defendant for leave to reargue his prior motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 25, 2017, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 17, 2017. The decision and order on motion dated May 25, 2017, denied his motion, inter alia, for leave to reargue his motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 30, 2016, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 30, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
