| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by New Docs, LLC, and cross appeal by New York Loft, LLC, from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered June 5, 2018.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that on or before August 20, 2018, New York Loft, LLC, shall serve and file an answering brief containing its points of argument on the cross appeal and a supplemental joint record containing its notice of cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.10.2 [c][1]); and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before August 20, 2018, New Docs, LLC, shall correct the covers of the copies of the joint record and its brief filed with the Clerk of the Court to reflect the cross appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents shall serve and file their respective briefs, if any, on or before September 20, 2018; and it is further,
ORDERED that New Docs, LLC, and New York Loft, LLC, shall serve and file their respective reply briefs, if any, following service of the respondents' briefs, if any, in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8 [c][3]).
