Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 15, 2016, and January 30, 2017, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 1, 2018, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
