DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent-appellant on an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated December 18, 2017, to vacate a stay of enforcement of stated portions of the order, which was granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 2, 2018, and to relieve the attorney for the child and assign a new attorney for the child.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
