Motion by the defendants-appellants State of New York, New York State Board of Regents, and New York State Education Department, separate motion by the defendants-appellants City of New York and New York City Department of Education, separate motion by the intervenor-defendant-appellant Michael Mulgrew, and separate motion by the intervenor-defendants-appellants Philip A. Cammarata and Mark Mambretti for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this Court dated March 28, 2018, which determined appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated March 12, 2015, and October 22, 2015, respectively.
