Application to withdraw appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 4, 2012, and August 6, 2012, respectively, and separate application to withdraw a cross appeal from the order dated January 4, 2012.
Upon the stipulation of the attorneys for the respective parties to the appeals and cross appeal dated June 16, 2018, and the application dated June 16, 2018, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the appeals and cross appeal are deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements.
