Motion by the petitioner-respondent on appeals from an order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated November 24, 2017, in effect, to dismiss the appeal by Phyllis B. and Jimmy B. as untimely taken. Application by Phyllis B. and Jimmy B. to withdraw their appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeal by Phyllis B. and Jimmy B. is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
