Motion by Kwaku Quartey on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated September 8, 2017, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time for Kwaku Quartey to serve and file a brief on the appeal is enlarged until August 2, 2018, and the brief of Kwaku Quartey shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
