On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated January 20, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 14, 2016, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Kings County" and substituting therefor the words "Queens County."
