Motion by the respondent on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated September 23, 2016, and March 30, 2017, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated October 30, 2017, in effect, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing certain material, in connection with the appeal from the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before August 10, 2018, the respondent shall serve and file a supplemental record under Appellate Division Docket No. 2018-00613, containing the material annexed to its motion papers as Exhibit 4; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals from the orders dated September 23, 2016, and March 30, 2017, will be calendared together with the appeal from the judgment dated October 30, 2017, and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
