Appeals having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on June 23, 2017, and petitioner-respondent having moved to strike the brief filed by Sara E. Rook, Esq., Attorney for the Child, and for an extension of time within which to file and serve his brief, and Sara E. Rook, Esq., having cross-moved for permission to supplement the record on appeal,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmations of David M. Abbatoy, Jr., Esq., dated May 18, 2018, and June 21, 2018, the notices of motion and cross motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Sara E. Rook, Esq., dated May 30, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to strike the brief filed by Sara E. Rook, Esq., Attorney for the Child, is denied, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a brief is granted on condition that petitioner-respondent submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before August 15, 2018, and

It is further ORDERED that the cross motion is granted on condition that the Attorney for the Child submit a supplemental record on appeal containing the notice of appeal filed on behalf of the child and proof of service of the notice of appeal, together with proof of service of the supplemental record, on or before July 26, 2018.
