Appellant having moved to enlarge the record on appeal and for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on November 8, 2017,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Ibukun Ogunbekun sworn to June 7, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of AimeÉ LaFever Koch, Esq., sworn to June 14, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied insofar as it seeks to enlarge the record on appeal (see 22 NYCRR 1000.4 [a] [1] [ii]; Stewart v Soda, 239 AD2d 966 [4th Dept 1997]), and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal, and appellant shall perfect the appeal on or before September 17, 2018, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeal will be granted.
