Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Timothy P. Murphy, Esq., dated June 4, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered March 14, 2018, is hereby amended by deleting the date June 11, 2018, and inserting in its place the date September 10, 2018.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect will be granted to appellant's present counsel absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay.
