It is Ordered that the petitioner-respondent's motion seeking to vacate all stays from this Court's March 20, 2018 order and dismissing the appeal is denied. Respondent-Appellant Abrahim Mandal shall perfect his appeal for the November 2018 term - the filing deadline for which is September 6, 2018 and continue to pay the landlord accruing use and occupancy, as specified at the last lease rate, without prejudice. In the event of respondent-appellant's failure to comply with this Court's order, petitioner-respondent may move on five days notice for an order vacating the stay.
