Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 7, 2018, and February 13, 2018, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to § 670.4(a) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a]), the time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until August 23, 2018.
