Motion by respondents on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated April 23, 2018, to vacate so much of a stay of proceedings granted by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 15, 2018, as precludes them from making a motion to sever the claims against the appellants and the defendant Joseph L. Racanelli.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
