| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated September 29, 2016, for a reconstruction hearing and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 1, 2017, the branch of the motion which was for a reconstruction hearing was granted and the branch of the motion which was to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal was held in abeyance pending the reconstruction hearing. The reconstruction hearing has been completed.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appeal is deemed timely perfected.
