An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Ontario County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on October 4, 2017, and the Attorney for the Child having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve her brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Victoria L. King, Esq., sworn to July 3, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
