Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken from the judgment of Supreme Court, Monroe County, rendered January 8, 2010 (KA 13-01552) and the order of Supreme Court, Monroe County, dated June 27, 2013 (KA 13-01379),
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Steven A. Metcalf, II, Esq., dated May 29, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the third ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered March 1, 2018 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date May 30, 2018 and inserting in place thereof the date October 23, 2018, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion with respect to the order of Supreme Court, Monroe County, dated June 27, 2013 is denied.
Memorandum: Appellate review of Supreme Court, Monroe County order dated June 27, 2013 must be pursued by filing a CPL 460.15 application.
