Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that Mireille Nitti, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the child KARTER BRONK and Karen R. Crandall, Esq., 133 Saratoga Road, Suite 7, Glenville, NY 12302, is appointed in her place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b); and it is further

ORDERED that the child be made available to the attorney for the child as she may direct.
