ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that Cathy Nilsson is directed to produce and file a stenographic transcript of the minutes of the February 17, 2016 court appearance or a written statement that no minutes were taken by her on such date on or before August 27, 2018, and it is further

ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeals is extended to October 26, 2018.
