Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken by notice of appeal dated September 29, 2017 is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect said appeal is extended to September 10, 2018, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is granted, without costs, only to the extent that the appeal taken by notice of appeal dated April 21, 2017 in case No. 526140 and the appeal taken by notice of appeal dated September 29, 2017 in case No. 526910 shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and brief and the appeals taken by notices of appeal dated February 1, 2018 in case No. 527034 shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and brief.
