Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 19, 2018, and March 12, 2018, respectively. By order to show cause dated June 1, 2018, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal from the order dated January 19, 2018, as untimely taken.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal from the order dated January 19, 2018, is granted, and the appeal from the order dated January 19, 2018, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5513).
