2018-05007 The People, etc., respondent, v Robert F. Hudson, appellant. (Docket No. 16070060)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Robert F. Hudson from an order of the County Court, Dutchess County, dated July 5, 2016. By order to show cause dated May 11, 2018, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should not be dismissed on the ground that the order dated July 5, 2016, is neither appealable as of right nor by permission.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed (see CPL 450.10, 450.20).
SCHEINKMAN, P.J., LEVENTHAL, AUSTIN and DUFFY, JJ., concur.
