Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 2, 2018. By decision and order on motion dated May 22, 2018, this Court, inter alia, stayed enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order on condition that the appeal was perfected on or before June 21, 2018. The appeal has not been perfected.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the stay granted by the decision and order on motion dated May 22, 2018, is vacated forthwith.
