Motion by the respondents on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered July 17, 2017, for leave to reargue the appellants' motion to stay the trial on the issue of damages in the above-entitled action, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 17, 2018.
