Motion by the appellant to stay certain proceedings in the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, Landlord-Tenant Part, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 2, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
