DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered March 14, 2018, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic in light of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 21, 2018, granting poor person relief and the assignment of counsel pursuant to Criminal Procedure Law § 380.55.
