Appeal by Laurie Salon from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated September 21, 2017. By scheduling order dated June 11, 2018, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was enlarged until June 29, 2018. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2],[4]) and prior order of the Court.
