Motion by appellant for leave to reargue an appeal from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered January 26, 2015 and July 21, 2015, respectively, which appeal was determined by decision and order of this court dated April 13, 2018, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from the decision and order of this court.
