ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this court dated March 22, 2018, which determined a motion by landlord on a purported appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered December 15, 2017, to vacate a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated January 25, 2018, is recalled and vacated and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
