DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v William C. Murray, Appellant.

Motion by appellant, in effect, for leave to withdraw an appeal from three judgments of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District, rendered October 10, 2017. Separate motion by appellant for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant's motion, in effect, for leave to withdraw the appeal is granted and the appeal is marked withdrawn; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant's motion for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel is denied as academic.
