Motion by the defendant USC 482 Tompkins, LLC, for leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 7, 2018, and June 27, 2018, respectively, to stay enforcement of the order dated June 27, 2018, and, in effect, the order dated June 7, 2018, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
