Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by Trump Village Apt. 1 Owner, LLC, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by Park Avenue Security and Jack Lynch & Associates, Ltd., and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted to the extent that the trial in the above-entitled action is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal and cross appeal, and the motion is otherwise denied.
