| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (IDV Part), dated March 3, 2016, to strike stated portions of the brief of the attorney for the child on the ground that they refer to matter dehors the record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the material on pages 19 through 22 of the brief of the attorney for the child, under the heading "Continued Proceedings," is stricken, and on or before August 20, 2018, the attorney for the child shall remove the stricken material from the copies of the brief filed with the Clerk of this Court or serve and file a replacement brief which does not refer to the stricken material.
