Motion by the respondent Green Key, LLC, and separate motion by the respondents Wendy Warner and Jessa Niemeyer, to enlarge their time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 10, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted, the movants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until May 31, 2018, and the movants' briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date.
