Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to stay certain assignments to any Specialized Juvenile Detention Facility established under Correction Law § 500-p, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered July 5, 2018, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
