Appeals having been taken from two orders of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about August 11, 2017
and September 21, 2017, And an order of this Court having been entered on
January 11, 2018 (M-5585), granting respondent-appellant
poor person relief and assigning Neal D. Futerfas, Esq.,
as counsel for purposes of prosecuting the aforesaid appeal on behalf of the respondent-appellant, Now, upon the Court's own motion, it is Ordered that the designation of Neal D. Futerfas, Esq., is stricken as counsel for purposes of prosecuting the aforesaid appeals, and, pursuant to Section 722 of the County Law, Larry S. Bachner, P.C., C/O Bachner & Associates, P.C., 39 Broadway,
