An appeal having been taken from an order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about August 4, 2017, And an order of this Court having been entered on

October 26, 2017 (M-4977), granting respondent-appellant

poor person relief and assigning Steven N. Feinman, Esq.,

as counsel for purposes of prosecuting the aforesaid appeal, And an order of this Court having been entered on March 8, 2018 (M-6488), striking the designation of Steven N. Feinman,

Esq., as counsel on the appeal and substituting Neal D. Futerfas, Esq., as such counsel, Now, upon the Court's own motion, it is Ordered that the designation of Neal D. Futerfas, Esq., is stricken as counsel for purposes of prosecuting the aforesaid appeal, and, pursuant to Section 722 of the County Law, Douglas H. Reiniger, Esq., 801 Second Avenue, 10th Floor, New York, New York 10017, Telephone No. (646) 627-8875, is substituted as such counsel. The poor person relief previously granted is continued, and appellant's time in which to perfect the appeal is enlarged until the January 2019 Term.
