On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 1, 2018, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Motion by the respondent Green Key, LLC, and separate motion by the respondents Wendy Warner and Jessa Niemeyer, to enlarge their time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 10, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted, the movants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until September 4, 2018, and the movants' briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date.
