ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this court dated July 9, 2018, which denied without prejudice to renewal a motion by appellant for leave to reargue a consolidated appeal from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered July 15, 2016, and an order of that court entered November 4, 2016, is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor.
